EUROPEAN DAY OF LANGUAGES

The European Day of Languages is an event organized annually on September 26, to celebrate the linguistic diversity of a continent that counts: over 200 European languages, including the 24 official languages of the EU, around 60 regional and minority languages, but also many other languages spoken by people from other regions of the world.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSLATORS’ DAY

Every year on September 30, International Translators’ Day is celebrated worldwide, an opportunity to promote professional standards and to highlight the special importance of translators, interpreters and terminology specialists in the context of globalization.
