ORDER

Orders can be placed online, sent by email or delivered directly.

Documents can be sent in Word format or scanned, in pdf, jpg format.

Any order must contain the following essential information:

  • your company’s contact details and a contact person
  • the language from/which you want the translation to be performed
  • the field to which the material belongs
  • the number of pages (the number of characters – which you find in Tools/Word count)
  • the maximum delivery term

INTERPRETING

For interpretation, the price is 150 RON / hour or 200 EURO / day, for consecutive and simultaneous interpretation sessions at conferences, seminars, meetings, courses, workshops, business discussions, negotiations, press conferences, etc.

 
The price for the interpreting service is set for one hour and is negotiated with the client, depending on the number of hours and the degree of difficulty.

The deadline for delivering a normal priority translation of up to 5 pages is 24-48 h.
 
The actual price will be determined at the time of translation evaluation by the translator.
 
Prices may vary depending on the volume, the type of material to be translated and the deadline.

PROMOTIONAL PRICES FOR COMPANIES, INSTITUTIONS, LEGAL PERSONS

OFFER COMPANY TRANSLATIONS

1) The translation office offers you a wide range of authorized and/or legalized translation services, as well as interpretation (oral translations). The languages we work with are English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Hungarian or less commonly used languages such as Russian, Ukrainian, Bulgarian, Czech, Slovak, Norwegian, Dutch, Finnish, Polish, Greek, Portuguese, Swedish, Croatian, Arabic and other languages.

2) The price is 30 RON/page (with invoice) for translations into English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Hungarian and between 30-80 RON/page (with invoice) for less used languages such as Russian, Ukrainian, Bulgarian, Czech, Slovak, Norwegian, Dutch, Finnish, Polish, Greek, Portuguese, Swedish, Croatian, Arabic and other languages. Pricing is agreed upon with the client, but prices can be negotiated depending on the specialty, volume and delivery terms. In the case of long-term contracts (6 months/1 year) with a continuous flow of activity, the price is fixed for all works upon signing a service contract between the company/beneficiary and the provider.
The fee for legalization of translations at the notary is 50 ron/document. The fee for supra-legalization (apostille) of translations at the Chamber of Notaries is 80 RON/ document.

3) In the case of oral translations (interpretation), the standard fee is between 150 and 200 Ron per hour (with invoice), but in the case of trips of the translator, the company is required to pay the transport/accommodation fee plus the per diem which is established by mutual agreement with the client.
